Es un viaje a través de ellos, es la voz de nuestra memoria la que nos habla. Tratando de recordar y poner algo de orden en el pasado. Tratando de de manipularnos pero también aceptando que al final de este viaje, no importa como, guardaremos nuestros recuerdos con nosotros para siempre.
Las antiguas civilizaciones creían que los recuerdos se almacenaban en el corazón, y de hecho en Latin, etimológicamente, el verbo recordar significa literalmente: Volver a pasar por el corazón.
La película fue dirigida por Nono Ayuso, director español radicado en Londres, y la banda sonora fue compuesta por Paulo Gallo, que creó una delicada canción que nos guía durante los dos minutos y 50 segundos.
This short film was shot in Super 8 in Japan. Although it was shot in Japan, it is not about Japan. It´s about the memories and how we use them, actually, to forget.
It is a journey through them, it´s the voice of our memory who speaks to ourselves. Trying to remember, trying to put some order in the past. Trying to manipulate us, but also accepting a the end that no matters how, we will keep the memories with us, forever.
The ancients believed that the memories were stored in the heart, and in fact in Latin to remember means, literally: To return to the heart.
Nono Ayuso directed the film, and the score was composed by Paulo Gallo, who created an amazing and delicate song which guides the journey.
